CSAT Report - Filter out Issues based on Reporter not in the Organization

Hi,
I am creating a CSAT report that shows the comment, the rating, the assignee, the organisation, and the satisfaction date.

We have a number of tickets that were raised internally, but assigned to an external Organization, and then rated by the internal person who raised the ticket.

I want to filter out these tickets, so we only see tickets that have been rated by external people, that belong to the Organization on the ticket.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

I’m sorry for not answering sooner.

Please consider importing Reporter groups into eazyBI and using them in the report.

You can import user groups for Assignee, Reporter, Logged by, or Transition author and specify the set of groups you would like to use in your reports. Please follow the link: Data from Jira (eazybi.com)
