Custom field from Epic to child not importing

We are trying to import custom field values from Epics to the Tasks inside the Epics using the guidelines: JavaScript calculated custom fields…#JavaScriptcalculatedcustomfields-Inheritedfielddimension

But it doesn’t work. It actually worked in the past, but stopped working.
Can someone assist?

Please check if the original field is still imported from the import options page.
If that didn’t help contact eazyBI support and provide more details (report definition, Jira source application definition etc).
