as per the object, I added some resolutions to the list in Jira, but eazybi doesn’t seem to import the new values.
Which may be the issue?

In addition, I’m trying to make a full re-import of the data but despite my user being an administrator I don’t see the menu item in the drop down.
Does any of the issues imported to the database have any of the new resolution values? I think you see the values in eazyBI only after they have been actually used in some of the issues imported to the database.

I see, it might be the case, they are not still in use, but I could say the same of most of the standard ones, we usually just use Done as a resolution or (unresolved) if it’s still wip I’ll try with a sample issue.

I gave for granted that as in jira the resolutions should have been a DDL in eazybi as well, it seems it’s not the case, they appear only when used.
There might be a “test project” with the standard resolutions, so they appear if they aren’t used.
