Customer satisfaction report to include comment and username

I would like to create a report similar to the canned satisfaction report is JSD. The report has the following fields, comment (satisfaction comment, rating, key, agents, received.

Is that possible ?

eazyBI can import the satisfaction rating for issues, howevere, more details like comments and agents are unavailable. Please see the documentation page on what information is available for analyzing customer satisfaction: Jira Service Management custom fields.

A feature to retrieve also satisfaction comments is on the eazyBI backlog, but it is not on the roadmap yet. We will update this Community post when the feature is available.
