I have a row in my report and I need to customize which dimension should be available for “drill Across”. Is there a way to limit the drill across ?

Limiting drill across dimension list (or change the way how to pick a dimension) would definitely be helpful improvement.
And we do have them in our backlog already, however, I can’t share any possible delivery date for such development.
We will update this community post and announce it in changelog when such development will be released.

Only when you publish the report to the Jira dashboard gadget or Confluence page macro.
Then you should have the feature to disable drill actions.
