Cycle time over time
The time that takes to move one card from the cycle start to the end - custom cycle times are not yet possible with eazyBI, but you can create a measure that for each issue gets the transition to the cycle start status first date and cycle end status last date and get the average over a set of issues. Please try the following measure:

Hello team,

Based on this suggestion up above, I have managed to create a graph showing up cycle times in days per each issue in the scope of my testing account. Is there a way how I can group the results per number of days and create a histogram out of that with x axis - number of issues with the same cycle time in days / y axis - number of days

It is possible by defining a new JavaScript calculated custom field dimension. Please have a look at this eazyBI community post - Cycle time distribution chart visible in JIRA. It should provide a solution for your use case.
