Hi there,
It would be useful if eazyBI captured some metrics on report/dashboard views so that we could have a data driven understanding of what is working well (and what is getting ignored completely ).
Something similar to Confluenceâs analytics view would be great. A list of users/views to show who the most frequent report readers are and a timeline view of total and unique user visits.
Thx,
Chris P.
Hi @chrispy35
Youâre in luck! There actually is such a functionality in eazyBI, itâs called âUsage statisticsâ: Usage statistics
Once you enable it, it will start to gather data about your eazyBI usage. You can build reports to show which users opened (executed) which reports, how many times across different time periods.
âLet me know if you have any additional questions on this!
âBest regards,
âNauris
Thanks @nauris.malitis , I had no idea this existed. Iâll follow up with our admin team to see if we can get this enabled.
That said, a more user-friendly approach at the report/dashboard level would be nice to have so that it is accessible to all users rather than a select few.

Hi @chrispy35
Thanks for the suggestion.
We currently consider this usage statistic feature as an admin-level feature that should be allowed to select users since itâs, in a way, tracking- what the users are viewing and editing.
