Date when issue was pulled in a sprint

In order to calculate the correct delivery lead time, I want to capture the date on which the issues was pulled in the sprint for work instead of the create date. On the Sprint Board, this happens when the issue is pulled from the ‘To Do’ column to the ‘In Dev’ column. How do it get this?

Do I understand correctly that when an issue is moved to the “In Dev” column in the sprint board, its status changes related to this column?
Then I would suggest using issue cycles for calculated issue delivery lead time: Issue cycles

This means you define the cycle with all statuses the issue goes through during delivery, and the time spent in this cycle will be calculated automatically.
