Is there a way to define the row count returned for a defined measure?

The “drill through Issue” returns the list of all issues that are relevant for the specific measure and cell context.
The row count is the number of issues having the specific transition at least once within the cell context.
You might use the measure “Transitions from status issues count” to find the number of rows.
