Delayed issues in the Baseline Sprint field

Hi Team,

We are trying to build the report based on Baseline Sprint field in our instance. I have attached a report definition below.

As in the below screenshot we as considering ToDo as issues in other status except completed and Completed as status completed.

Now, we want to build a report as in the second screenshot to show the delayed issues.

Delayed issues should be showing the issues still in previous baseline

As we are not using “Time” dimension in the report is it possible to get the “Overdue” issues to be shown as Delayed issues for which Due Date is <Today, if so please provide me the measure for the same.

First, create a calculated member in the Status dimension using your current measure “To Do” formula (formula with Aggregate function, see also other ground rules when to create dimension member).

Then, create a new measure using this newly calculated member name in the following formula:

Sum(
PreviousPeriods([Time].[Day].CurrentDateMember),
([Measures].[Issues with due date],
[Status].[To Do]) -- new calculated member in Status dimension
)

This will show a count of issues that have a due date before today (current date member) and that are still in any of “To Do” statuses.
