Description Change for Status

Dear Experts,

I would like to change the description of Status to custom status to appear. Please advise.

For Example, i want Request for Quotation to appear as 1. Quote Requested

Hello @Chaithru,
You can create calculated members in the Status dimension to display custom names.

Steps:

  1. In your report, click on the Status dimension
  2. Select “Define new calculated member”
  3. Create a member with your custom name (e.g., “1. Quote Requested”)
  4. Use this formula:
[Status].[Request for Quotation]

Repeat this for each status you want to rename, then use these calculated members in your report instead of the original status values.
