DevOps data import is available for Jira Server and Jira Data Center.
Can we import DevOps data for Jira Cloud?

Thank you for your interest in DevOps metrics!

Currently, eazyBI supports DevOps metrics for the Server only. We have this idea in our backlog to support them in the Cloud as well. I added your vote to the ticket. I will keep you posted when anything new regarding this appears.

Meanwhile, you can try to import additional data to Jira issues cube from SQL source or REST API. Please see more details here Additional data import into Jira Issues cube - eazyBI for Jira.

There is no guideline regarding DevOps apps, like BitBucket though. If you have a REST API that gets you issues with the additional data you would like to analyze, please try this and let me know if you need assistance with the data mapping.
