Different Timezone between countries

Hello
I would like to know if there is any way to change the time zone regardless of the country. We are checking the user control in Jira. Dates and times were parameterized, but there are differences due to the timezone. Is there any form of equivalence?

When we access the user in jira, the same time is not shown in eazyBI. The timezone is set correctly as per my country.

I believe there is a difference between the country that eazyBI was created, the importance of this answer will result in the correct amount of users who log into jira daily.

The time zone for each account is set in the Jira import options (Source Data → Edit) in the Time dimension section: Data from Jira

You can create separate accounts, each with its own timezone so that you can create reports with the necessary time zones for each of your user groups.

Any plans on providing this feature? We have a global team and not having this feature is turning out to be a blocker.
