Display user full name instead of public name

Hi,

Is it possible to import and/or display the user’s full name instead of the user’s public name?
The problem is that we are currently unable to easily verify a user name if a user has a different public name in JIRA - we cannot change it in JIRA as public names are displayed for Clients.

Hi,

The data import into the Assignee dimension should provide the Full name as the dimension member name not the Public name.

Please, try to do the Empty cube in your account and check if that persists: Data from Jira

If the problem is still there, please, contact eazyBI support for further checks.

Hello,

I’m having the same problem, and I didn’t see the solution on how to display the Full names since Assignee dimension is imported by default, and I couldn’t find any ways to change the settings for it.

Any help would be appricated, cheers.
