download option is not showing in eazybi dashboard

Hi,

The first thing to check is if Headless Chrome is installed on your Jira server. That is required for the pdf export of the dashboard: Export to PDF

Kindly,

Hi.
We encounter the same issue.
After updating the underlying OS (Ubuntu) and also installed a newer version of chrome from the dpkg.log:

2023-03-09 20:08:00 upgrade google-chrome-stable:amd64 109.0.5414.119-1 111.0.5563.64-1

it fails with:

Hi,

we are facing the same problem, as well.
I checked whether Headless Chrome works, by command

“C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe” --headless --disable-gpu --enable-logging --print-to-pdf https://developer.chrome.com/

and it works.

But on the EazyBI settings page is still message

Can you help?

Thanks

Pavel

I am having the same issue too; awaiting the response.

Hi,

We noticed that upgrading to Google Chrome version 110 is the reason for the error.
We are preparing the fix in the next version (7.0) of eazyBI. Please, apply for support should you need a patch for an earlier version.
