====> When i select one jira ticket it works but when i want to show all jira tickets / Linked Tests in rows i get child process request failed with eoferror end of file reached

Please Help

Hi @nour,

The measure is the core element of the report and defines how dimensions are related to each other and the measure itself. The measure is the treasure!

On this report columns are selected only issue properties, “Issue Type”, “Issue components”, and calculations showing property values for “Last Test execution Status” and “Linked Requirements”. But there is no predefined measure or calculated measure built on the predefined measure that would bind the data together.

You might want to add a predefined measure on report columns to improve the report performance. For example, “Issues created” to see all Bugs that have linked test, or “Issue due” to show only unresolved bugs.

If you do not want to see a column with measure values in the report, you can hide it.
Filter rows by the measure value: Issues created > 0. Then remove a column from the report; the filter and measure in the report will remain (see picture below).

Hello Zane,

I did the same but i get "Child process request failed with EOFError: end of file reached "

We will lose our customer if we still get errors due to performance … We did all configuration written in your documentation but we still get this error in many reports … please help ! It becames critical

Hi @nour,

When using the “Issue” dimension on report rows we recommend avoiding the “All Issues” member.
If you would like to have individual issues on report rows, you might want to select already Issue level (see picture below). Do the same for the “Linked Tests” dimension. The “Nonempty” would work more efficiently.

You may also add the “Time” dimension as a page filter to filter defects by their creation date.

Here are more recommendation on how to build more efficient reports: Best practices for report creation - eazyBI for Jira
