EasyBI Issue- Oldest Ticket Age

I need some help on following

  1. How to get oldest open tickets and its age
  2. I have standard Jira Status TO DO, IN Progress and DONE. Suppose while Transferring data in EazyBI I am mapping Close with IN Progress and DONE then under my report
    2.1 Standard Measure Open Issue shows TO DO and IN Progress. Which is wrong it should include only TO DO
    2.1 Close measure shows correctly by adding IN Progress and DONE
    Please suggest some solution for above

For your 1st scenario, I recommend using the Age interval. See documentation about interval dimensions here and how to import them Data from Jira
Here you can also see and example report already made for the unresolved issues by age - Unresolved issues by age interval and priority
