Upgrade postgres ODBC driver for Eazy BI
The latest version of eazyBi (7.0.) has outdated postgres jdbc driver - postgresql-42.2.27.jar . Since the easyBI supports postgres 15 therefore every new version shoud include latest jdbc driver

We recently released eazyBI version 7.1, which contains the later PostgreSQL JDBC driver.
