I am trying to build a account in eazybi with two source applications: Jira and REST:API,
but I can’t running import from API.
If I create a separated account from API I’m successful in importing
Is some limitation from eazby? Having two data sources?
All dimensions in one eazyBI account are shared.
If you have imported “Jira issues” into the account, some of the cube dimensions will be unavailable for new member creation from separate data sources. You can’t import new issues from Rest API source to the “Issues” dimension if that dimension is already created by Jira issues import.
Usually, we recommend keeping Jira issues cube separate (in a different account) from other sources. The exception is when you want to import additional data in the issues cube.
