It seems exporting the whole dashboard does not save the values in the filters what were selected and exports all reports with the filters as they were saved

That is the expected behavior. I recommend either select the desired dimension as a common page filter for the whole dashboard - Create dashboards. That way, eazyBI will apply the selection also in the PDF export. Notice, with the common page filter, every report with that dimension in pages will inherit the selection you make in the common pages.
Another option is saving the desired selection in the report itself.
