EazyBi ignore/remove inactive users list

Hi,

how do we remove or hide inactive users list from eazybi report, we have a (All Assiginees) field in eazybi, which will list all users from projects, but how do we ignore inactive users from that filed? i want to show only active users list.

Thanks for posting your question!

In the Assignee dimension, you will find all users who have ever been assigned to Issues.

There are a couple of things that you can do here:

  1. Use the Nonempty or Hide empty option in your report to show only Issues with an Assignee. This option will show user in the report rows.

  • More about “hide empty” in Customize table section: Create reports
  1. Use the option to create custom hierarchies with the Add custom hierarchy. It is possible to create a hierarchy based on custom Assignee properties imported with additional data import.
