eazyBI macros not available in Confluence

eazyBI macros are not available in Confluence. Receiving message “error rendeering gadget”.

There can be multiple reasons for this issue, and investigating it requires information that can’t be shared publicly.

Please contact eazyBI support at support@eazybi.com and provide the following information:

  1. Is the problem affecting all gadgets or just some of them?
  2. Are you using gadgets from eazyBI for Confluence or eazyBI for Jira?
  3. Are you using the Cloud product or the Server version?
  4. Please measure the approximate time in seconds it takes for the report/dashboard to fully load in eazyBI (just one).
  5. Please send the HAR file for the non-working gadget on the Confluence page. If possible, create a page with just one gadget. (Troubleshooting)
  6. After creating the HAR file, open the “Console” tab in Chrome DevTools, copy all the content, and send it to eazyBI support.
