We are experiencing strange behavior in our eazyBI in combination with Jira and Zephyr Squad. When eazyBI imports data from Zephyr Squad, only 50 test executions are imported for a test cycle. Everything above that, so from number 51 on, is not imported. The test executions that are not imported are different for each import. What is going on here or what can be done about it?

That sounds strange. In what environment do you use Jira and eazyBI? Is it Cloud or Datacenter? How do you validate that only 50 test cases are imported?
First, try a data re-import that would update all data, not just incremental changes. Note: this is a different action from just Import! Data from Jira.
After that, validate the import options if any limiting factors might prevent the import of relevant data
- Selected projects. Make sure to import the project of test issues and project of requirement issues.
- JQL filter. Check for any criteria that might limit import: Data from Jira.
- limits for test executions: Zephyr Squad Test Management for Jira.
Check if the authorised user has access to needed data in Jira. You can see the authorized user name in the Source Data screen: Data from Jira.
Check the configuration for the link between the Test and requirement issue, how it is configured in Zephyr Squad, and what is used on issues.
Check the selected values on report pages, like Project, Time, etc. Validate if you get any data when changing them or setting them to default values like All Projects. The criteria should probably be changed.
