We are using eazyBI to display a report in Jira dashboards and which was working fine till last week and suddenly the loading time went to almost 120 seconds and some time’s timeout also.
Can anyone please suggest us what can be done to decrease the report loading time.
Note: The child JVM of eazyBI is set to 6GB.

Hi,
There might be several reasons for slow response times of report. The sudden decrease in performance might mean that some threshold is reached, or something has changed in the general configuration of your environment. As you seem to have allocated a sufficient amount of memory for the child process the likely reason might be related to the report design.
It is recommended to contact the support and provide the report definition for checking to see the possible reasons for the poor performance.
