eazyBI reports and dashboards are not visible to any user except me. I have updated the eazy for Jira plugin recently in cloud. I am using Jira & eazyBI cloud.
Current eazyBI cloud version is 4.0.0.
Error msg - The webpage … might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
If users are accessing reports via old bookmarked links, those links may no longer work after the plugin update. Please try accessing reports through Apps → eazyBI → eazyBI Accounts → Dashboards / Analyze, and also verify that the eazyBI account is shared with the required users and groups under the account user settings.
