eazyBI reports are not visible to all users except me (Jira admin)

Hello Team,

eazyBI reports and dashboards are not visible to any user except me. I have updated the eazy for Jira plugin recently in cloud. I am using Jira & eazyBI cloud.

Current eazyBI cloud version is 4.0.0.

Error msg - The webpage … might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Please suggest.

Hi Sachin,

If users are accessing reports via old bookmarked links, those links may no longer work after the plugin update. Please try accessing reports through Apps → eazyBI → eazyBI Accounts → Dashboards / Analyze, and also verify that the eazyBI account is shared with the required users and groups under the account user settings.

Hi All, this just to inform you that the problem is solved. I un-install and re-install the eazyBI for Jira cloud app and issue got resolved.
