Eazybi reports is Empty

Hi Team,

We have tried to import a custom field in Eazybi using advanced settings, but after the import all the existing reports in that particular eazybi space became empty.
Help us to fix this issue.

Script used in Advance Settings
[jira.customfield_11515]
data_type = “string”
dimension = true

Note: We have given multiple imports after that but no luck!

That is very strange and unexpected behavior when importing additial custom field (defined in Advanced settings). New field should not make any impact on previous reports during import.

Please reach out to support@eazybi.com and provide more details about this case including printscreen with the behavior and log files.
