My project was included on EazyBI however the EazyBI Admin says the dimensions Transition Status, Transition and Transition Author are not available to be chosen for the EazyBI configuration on my project. How is this possible? Aren’t transition dimensions the historic to be used on issues? Shouldn’t they be standard dimensions available?

They are standard dimensions, but they have to be enabled on data import and then the import run, see here: Import issue change history - eazyBI for Jira
Please ask the Jira admin to check this setting and run data import!
