Epic Burn Down based on estimated hours

Hello,

I am trying to create a report that can show me a burn down for any epic individually within my project based on the original estimated hours.
The timeframe for the guideline should be the epic start /end date.
Instead of using the epic link I want to use the Advanced Roadmap Epic.

Sometimes better late than never. I hope @LFK got the needed report for the Epic burn-down, and this message is more for future readers who have a similar use case.

Here is the report from the Demo account that shows the original estimate burn-down and guidelines for the selected epic: Time Tracking Burndown in Selected Epic - Issues - Jira Demo - eazyBI

  • The report shows an epic timeline based on calculated start and end dates, but you can adjust it to use any dates on the Epic, like the Target start and Target end.
  • You can also build a similar report for other parent-level issues, like Features and Initiatives. The concept remains the same.
