Epics linked to 1 Epic or Portfolio Epic

Hi Folks,

I have a reporting requirement where we are dealing with more than 10 Projects. There’s 1 placeholder epic for each functionality (25+) and all epics from different projects are linked to these placeholder epics.
Example - Epic 1 (Functionality) - has 10 other epics linked from different projects.
Epic 2 (Functionality) - has 20 other epics linked from different projects.

Requirement - Need to show status and priority along with count under each placeholder Epic (Functionality).
Example -

Status
To Do In Progress Done
Epic (Functionality) Priority
Epic 1 Blocker 2 2 3
Critical 1 4
Medium 3 6
Low 1 1
Epic 2 Blocker 1 4 5
Critical 1 2
Medium 1 3
Low 1 1

I cannot use Epic Links since, the need is to extract other linked epics.
Is this possible with EazyBi? Kindly suggest.

Welcome to the Community!

There are two possible solutions depending of how this is set up in your Jira:
If the Functionality Epics and Epics are two different Issue Types, you can define an additional issue hierarchy: Additional Issue hierarchies

However, if all of the Epics are the same Issue Type, you can define a new issue link field in eazyBI in which you can specify which issue link is connecting these Epics: Import issue links
