Error in source data import (paid license)

I have paid the license fees but still the Eazybi Dashboard isnt importing and is giving the error
The app license is expired. Please renew the license in [Settings / Manage apps]and manually restart the import.

All eazyBI for Jira app licenses are managed by Atlassian Marketplace. If you have any problems with licenses, please contact Atlassian Support (support.atlassian.com).
