Error message object not found in cube for SLA standard reports

Hi,
When I am trying to use standard SLA reports suggested in Easybi I am having the following error message MDX object’[Time to first response Breached][Not breached]’ not found in cube ‘issue’

Please attachments.
Please how can I fixe that?

On the other hand satisfaction reports when import are empty. Please how to fix that?

Hi Hope,

Your are missing [Measure] on line 3.

(
 [Measures].[Time to first response Issues],
 [Measures].[Time to first response Breached].[Not breached]
)

As you are referring to a measure in your new calculated measure you have to indicate it.
