Exporting confluence page with EazyBI report returns HTTP 500

Hi,

Trying to export a confluence page that has an EazyBI report, returns HTTP error 500

That same confluence page renders the report and I am the owner of EazyBI account.

Looking at the options of EazyBI report in Confluence, I only have the following parameters
image and I checked
Enable results export

Any idea to fix the problem ?
