I work in a large enterprise environment where I frequently assist colleagues and require access to their accounts. As a result, I have access to over 50 accounts. However, the accounts I use for my core team get lost in this long list, requiring me to scroll and search repeatedly, which is time-consuming.
To improve usability, I propose adding a Pin/Unpin feature for accounts. This would allow users to pin specific accounts to the top of the “Available Accounts” list, making them easily accessible without the need to scroll.
Feature Details
- A simple “Pin/Unpin” toggle for each account in the list.
- Pinned accounts are displayed in a dedicated “Pinned Accounts” section at the top of the list.
- Unpinned accounts remain below the pinned section, sorted as usual.
This feature would save significant time and effort, particularly for users with access to many accounts, by streamlining navigation and focusing on frequently used accounts.
