I would like to create a table that uses quarters for each row. When a time filter is applied that is in the middle of a quarter, that quarter does not show up though and instead remaining months show up. e.g. In this screenshot the filter is for >= 2023-08-15 and instead of a row for “Q3 2023” it shows “Sep 2023”.
Is there a way to get that rolled up to a “Q3 2023” row?

The month appears in the filtered time members when you apply the time filtering on an expanded quarter member to months. The time filter works by the time member start date, so the period is visible if the time member start date matches the filter condition.
If you want to see full quarter, you should do filtering with the quarter level members (without expanded month level) and the condition period must include the quarter start date.
