Forwarding History

Hi there,

I would like to build a report displaying the forwarding history of a ticket. The idea is to be able to follow in to which groups a Ticket has been forwarded to. The aim is to build something like that:

Any ideas how to do that?

I’m sorry to see you did not get any reply earlier!

It is possible to import changes for a single value custom field dimensions; see the required configuration here: Advanced settings for custom fields.

If this does not work for you, please let me know more details of the type of “group” field you wish to see the forwarding history for, and I will be happy to provide you with a particular example.

Hi @lauma.cirule unfortunately the “Group” Field we want to track is not a Custom Field. Is there still a chance to import the history of it?
If so, how?

As I understand, this is an Insight Object Field. Currently, there is no option to import the change history for the Insight custom fields.
