Getting error "which is not present in the cube."

Hi Team,

Getting following error while clicking on the Dashboards.

Report definition contains row dimension “Play Type” which is not present in the cube.

Report definition contains row dimension “CRM Company” which is not present in the cube.

Please help me on this.

Hi @kasi.maddula,

You can get such error when reports are imported from another account or when custom fields are de-selected in data import options.
To fix this, do the following:

  1. Go to eazyBI import options, tab Custom fields, and select custom fields “Play Type” and “CRM Company” for data import (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/jira-issues-import#JiraIssuesImport-JiraCustomFields).
    And run data import.

  2. If custom fields “Play Type” and “CRM Company” are not listed in import options, then you might want to update reports from the dashboard.
    Go to the dashboard, and open each report in edit mode. If the report throws an error that it is missing dimensions “Play Type” and “CRM Company”, press Save on the upper right corner.
    Saving the report will adjust and update the report to work without missing dimensions, and next time won’t give an error.
