Getting Query Timeout after Dashboard loads successfully

Hello,

I am getting an odd problem where I get a Query Timeout after my Dashboard has fully loaded successfully. I have double-checked all of the individual reports in the dashboard after it finished loading and all have loaded successfully with no issues. However after 120 seconds I get the query timeout error dialog with no indications of where the error is coming from.

Has anyone else experienced this type of issue?

Is there a way to get details on a query timeout error that occurs for a dashboard since the error dialog does not indicate which, if any, report is having the issue.

Hi @larryrtn ,
Sometimes, the individual reports succeed on their own but fail when included in dashboards due to an excessive dataset caused by common page filter selections.

However,​ if the dashboard was loaded in its entirety and no report failed, the cause for the error would still be recorded in the log files.
