Help Needed to Prevent Duplicate Data in EazyBI Imports

Hi everyone,

I’m importing multiple Excel files into EazyBI to generate a report.

However, since the data in these files overlap, it’s resulting in a significant amount of duplicate entries.

However, I’ve noticed that each time I import the file, some data accumulates, resulting in duplicates, as shown below:

Could anyone advise on how to prevent duplicates when importing multiple Excel files with overlapping data?

Is there a specific setting or approach in EazyBI that can help manage this?

Thanks for posting your question!

I suggest considering cleaning up the files before you import them into eazyBI. If you consolidate the files into one, you can use the “remove duplicates” option in Excel and then import the cleaned file into eazyBI.

Then you can continously maintain this consolidated and cleaned file and always upload a new version of it into - follow the documentation here (Changes in file section) - eazyBI Excel and CSV file upload
