Hi, Jens,
There is no option currently to remove this button from the user interface, neither we have had earlier requests from customers.
We can suggest trying out another option in the report for having the Issue list behind the calculation. You can do “Drill across” and select the Issue dimension at Issue level:
The result would be a similar view without the option to open all issues in Jira:

Hello Janis,
Thank you for your help. I found aother solution. My aim was it to prevent that a user which have the right for the reports can open and read an issue.
So i have give this right to a separat user.
