Hours Spent Is Empty

Hi, I’d like to use the hours spent field but it’s returning empty in my reports for all issues and versions, many have time logged against them. Remaining Estimated Hours and Original Estimated Hours fields are populated so seems a bit odd. Feels like there is some configuration issue maybe…

To test this out I’ve been following the sample report - Estimated and Logged Hours in Version

In my jira data import job I’ve ticked "Time tracking measures

Import additional measures for Hours spent and Original estimated hours."

and re-imported all data but still getting nothing through.

This was caused by a timing issue. We have just activated Tempo, activating Tempo caused Hours Spent to be empty.

Once I’d configured Tempo in eazyBI and re-imported everything the hours spent field was populated.
