Is there any way to create two different sizes or designs for two stacked bars in bar chart?

For instance, I’d like variations in size or design for 1 and 2.e

Yes, you can customize each data series.
For instance, you can select separate axis and define different min/max values or step for the axis. Also, you can change the line type from bars to line/scatteer/area, or unstack some values.
