Thanks for reaching out!

There is an option to apply the conditional formatting to “all row”: Conditional cell formatting.
If you apply formatting to the measure or property column without any conditions, all cells in your table will have the specified formatting, for example:

I recommend selecting the first displayed column to make it easier to find and modify later. (Conditional formatting can only be cleared or changed by selecting the same column.)
