How do I remove merged issues within the Issues Created count

Hi there!

I have a issue in the rows column and issues created as a measure in column but one issue in the table is counting for two instead of one. I looked up the ticket in Jira and found it was merged with another duplicate ticket.

How can I remove the merged tickets to count just one?

I tried removing resolution != duplicate but that didn’t work and still showing as count = 2 for that one issue.

Any assistance will be much appreciated

How exactly do you merge tickets in Jira? I couldn’t find this feature on my Jira sandbox environment.

Anyway, you can try using the JQL filter in the import options page to exclude duplicates from the import.
