How do we get multiple issue type values in a single row?

Hi
For managing our projects we have created a hierarchy of Issue Types (Portfolio - Program - Project - Milestones - Tasks) . In this structure we can have one portfolio having multiple program and each program having multiple projects and each project having multiple milestones and each milestone having multiple tasks associated with it. How can I bring this hierarchy view on a dashboard with relevant fields of each issue type ?
Please help if anyone has tried this ?

Hi @JayCN,

If you want to use the hierarchy structure, you need to bring this hierarchy into eazyBI.

If that is Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio for Jira, new name Plans) - read about bringing in the hierarchy here - Advanced Roadmaps custom fields.
If that hierarchy is built via issue links - please read about building custom hierarchy here - Additional Issue hierarchies.

Once you have imported the hierarchy, you can display that on report rows, show the issue of the lowest applicable hierarchy level, and climb up the hierarchy to show the properties of higher-level issues.

You might use several hierarchy level dimension on rows if you need to simultaneously display issues of more than two hierarchy levels.
However, depending on the dataset, using too many dimensions on rows might lead to high memory consumption.

Please provide an idea or mockup screenshot of the expected report layout to suggest a viable solution.
