Can you please advise to create a filter in measures to only populate tickets from certain reporter.

Thank you for posting your question!
To see the Issues created by the reporter, you need to use the Reporter dimension in your report.
In my example below, I am using a Reporter dimension in Rows. You can also add it to Pages, if you would like to filter by a specific Reporter.
“Issues created” will then return all the Issues that the Reporters created.
