I would like to add “story type” in my eazyBI report, which field should i refer in the eazyBI?
Note: In JIRA, Story Type could be “Infrastructure” or “Functional” or “Testing” etc.

It seems you are referring to a custom field in your Jira. Please head to the eazyBI import options “Custom fields” tab and select the custom field for import. After importing the data, you will be able to use this custom field data in your reports.

Contact the account owner or your Jira administrator if you don’t have access to the eazyBI import options, and ask them to add the custom field to the import.
