How to check each reopen reasons

Can I count the number of reasons for each re-open when the re-open is N times?

Now, when the All reason for the re-opening is selected, it is counted and collected only as the reason for the last re-opening.

I want → Not Fix (2) / Resolution Change(1)
but now → Not Fix (3) is last reopen reason

Anyway When Jira ticket status change from resolved to reopened, Create reopen popup and there in reopen reason field.

Please get in touch with support@eazybi.com and provide more details - screenshot from the popup and JSON results from Jira from one issue that was reopened with the reason field entered.

To get JSON of the issue, open an issue in Jira. Modify the URL of the issue replacing browse with rest/api/latest/issue and then add ?expand=changelog at the end of the URL. Save the JSON results of the issue as the file and share the file with our support team
