I want to custimize a calculated measure to get PLAN TIME as below picture, it can help me to define a graph to show the comparation between LOG TIME and PLAN TIME.

Thanks for posting your question!
Please verify if in the import options you have enabled the Tempo Planner (see more details here -Tempo)
Once you import Tempo Planner, the measure Tempo Planned hours will become available.

Thank you for your reply, and I’m sure your thinking is totally correct.
Actually I had already tried following your ideas to set Importing parametures before posting, but I didn’t found Tempo Planner in importing setting.
I had contacted JIRA administrator, he told me that our company didn’t buy this add-in. Frankly speaking, I’m confused about his statement, because actually I can log in Plan Time and view it (the operations dependent on Tempo Planner), it seems like I am currently using this add-in.
Could you give me some additional comments about Tempo Planner?

Thank you for the clarification and for the screenshots
It seems that you have Tempo Timesheets installed, which includes basic planning functionality. However, at the moment, eazyBI can only import planned hours from the separate Tempo Planner add-on, not from Tempo Timesheets.
This is a known limitation that we’re tracking in our development backlog, and I have upvoted the ticket on your behalf; however, I cannot promise any timelines if/when this could become available.
If you are maintaining the planned hours separately (such as Google spreadsheets or Excel), you may consider importing these hours through the additional data source functionality.
