In eazyBI reports, you can order report rows (in this example “Pages”) by any column. You can also choose to show only the Top rows or Bottom rows. There is documentation on Order and filter rows by measure values
For coloring the values, you might want to use Cell formatting. there are more details on this option: Conditional cell formatting - eazyBI
