How to enable the Dashboard Subscription function

Hi there,
I’ve updated the EazyBI for Jira to Version 4.7.3. I thought there should be a dashboard subscription function which the dashboard can be sent from email automatically, but, I can’t even find the button to enable the function. There are just buttons for “New”,“Edit”,“Lock” and dashboard embaded/Export/Import settings.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Lee,

To enable dashboard email subscription, you have to enable export to PDF first (because you will receive dashboards as PDF attachments in your email). For export to PDF, eazyBI uses headless Google Chrome: read more here https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/Export+to+PDF
